Lens-e-Utshob 2.0: National Photography Contest & Exhibition, organized by the EDU Photography Club (EDUPC) at East Delta University.
This national contest is open to university students across Bangladesh, as well as East Delta University faculty and administration. Please review the complete submission guidelines and rules below before submitting your work.

Categories & Entry Fees
Inter-University Single Photography (DSLR / Mobile) — BDT 60 per submission
Story Photography — BDT 110 per submission
EDU Faculty & Admin Segment — Free entry

Eligibility & Entry Limits
Scope — Open to all university students in Bangladesh (National). The faculty segment is exclusively for East Delta University faculty and admin staff.
Participant Status — Student / Amateur level (Open strictly to Current University Students).
Entry Limit — Participants can submit up to 3 photos per category.

Image Parameters & Technical Standards
File Format — JPEG / JPG / PNG (sRGB color profile).
File Size — Between 1 MB and 100 MB per image.
EXIF Data — Metadata must remain fully intact to verify capture date, camera settings, and original device ownership.
No Watermarks — Images containing watermarks, signatures, borders, or identifying logos will be immediately disqualified.
File Naming Format — Rename your files as Category_YourName_Title.jpg prior to upload (e.g., DSLR_Shaswata_Astrophotography.jpg).

Originality & Editing Limits
Original Work Only — All entries must be original photos taken entirely by the submitting entrant. AI Generated Image, Plagiarism or submitting work on behalf of someone else results in an instant ban.
Post-Processing — Basic post-processing (exposure, contrast, white balance, minor cropping) is permitted. Generative AI elements, adding/removing visual subjects, or excessive digital manipulation are strictly prohibited.
Story Photography — For Story Photography, include a title and brief text narrative for the series.

Judging Criteria / Rubric
Relevance to Theme (25%) — Storytelling and adherence to the category prompt.
Composition & Framing (25%) — Visual balance, framing, leading lines, and light usage.
Technical Execution (25%) — Sharpness, focus, exposure, color control, and clean processing.
Originality & Impact (25%) — Creativity, mood, unique perspective, and emotional response.

Payment & Registration
Payment Method — Send your submission fee via bKash or Nagad to +8801873122607 before completing the form.
Transaction ID — Save your Transaction ID; you must input it in the required field for payment verification.
Refund Policy — Registration fees are non-refundable.

Copyright & Exhibition Rights
Ownership — Entrants retain full copyright over their photographs.
Exhibition License — By submitting, you grant EDUPC the non-exclusive right to display accepted photos at the physical exhibition and feature them on official promotional materials and online media.
